Florida’s Free Kill Law is a statute that prevents adult children over 25 and parents of deceased adult children from seeking monetary compensation in medical malpractice cases. Only a spouse can. So if you are widowed or not married, and all your kids are over 25, the niggers in the hospital can just ignore you or your child and suffer no consequences for it. You’re automatically placed at the bottom of their list because there is no risk of punishment for it. The FL house and senate recently voted in favor of repealing this ridiculous bill but Governor Jewsantis vetoed it. Just something to keep in mind next time you have a loved one in the hospital in Florida.
