Is it feasible to restrict access to owning these dogs? You must go through licensure to own firearms, yet if you want to own the most physically aggressive and dangerous dog breed (that has its own consciousness) that accounts for the majority of dog-related killings, there are no restrictions. I have been attacked by a pitbull while minding my own business in public on 3 separate occasions this year. Whether you believe there is something inherently flawed with the breed is completely irrelevant as each time these dogs attack/kill someone, the owner is always some drooling retard that shouldn’t have been able to own one in the first place.
