After ordering two full entrees, drinks and appetizers, totaling $371.55, the restaurant realized he had been live streaming and asked him to stop. According to the affidavit, Eatherly became disruptive and started making racial statements, yelling, screaming and creating a scene. Eatherly then reportedly made statements of not paying for his food, which he consumed during his time at the restaurant, according to the affidavit.
