Did the cryo-chamber, three minutes at -160 degrees. Then they did a localized treatment on my arthritic, fucked up hand. I gotta say, it’s pretty cool. I feel pretty good and I think I’m gonna sign up for a package deal. It’s five minutes from my house and right around the corner from work, so I can drop in easily, any time of the day. This place also has red light therapy, a sauna, compression, and other stuff.
