I’ve been becoming more formal with HR and i tend to write emails over nonsensical conversations where no one remembers anything. Ive also been putting in my headphones and mostly keeping to myself, get work done, get in get out. I’ve noticed lately HR is giving me the stink eye, maybe because they’re some mid 20s kid who has access to my salary info. Or maybe they dont like being formal and treating the company like a social club. Cant get tea spilled so to speak when an employee is silently telling you to go fuck yourself. No i dont want to partake in stupid games, or idiotic happy hours, or whatever it is. Either way the entire company is giving me really bad vibes. Never thought i would see the day where being professional and cordial would work against me.
