One of the original auditors from 20 years ago, but instead of harassing randos to try to elicit a response like these newer assholes, he was more pissed that NYers all have to pay heavy traffic fines while the cops and traffic agents routinely broke the laws they enforced. He was an annoying Jew, but these civil servants are human garbage, too.
