Here’s the thing, buddy has no use for the tenderloins, thinks they’re all hype, he puts everything into ground burger, everything.
Burger is for people who want expediency, it’s fast, easy to spice up and no chewing required. Steak and roast require love and attention and big big garlic hugs, they also require a chaperone of horeseradish. There’s a little more work involved with solid meat
Buddy has 400 head of bison and he’s getting overrun now, they reproduce like rabbits. He had 50 calves last year and 6 of them are gone tomorrow.
Here’s the kicker…he’s offered the local soup kitchen free meat, an entire carcass but they would have to provide he assistance in the cull, drawing and butchering and packaging and the offer was declined because they wanted nothing to do with the process…but they’ll take the free meat if packaged and freezer ready. FUCK HUMANITY AND LET THE USELESS EATERS STARVE. Too many idiots with high expectations today along with a sense of entitlement separate from “natural law”…and the jews are to blame for this. Nobody has what it takes today in order to survive…killing is a top tier priority in the art of survival and it’s only familiarity comes from Hollywood, but that’s the killing of people.
AND THAT’S THE TRUTH
Whatever fate has in store for humanity there’s one thing for sure, I’m going to have about 40lbs of “fillet mignon” bison meat along with the regular cuts.
I’m not big on burger but I eat it, there’s more flavor in sold meat.
