Cognitive dissonance started to creep up again: When you’ve got conflicting things going on in your brain. I know I always feel awesome every day when I’m lifting consistently so why aren’t I fucking doing it? But I hate the gyms around here. I don’t like putting on gym clothes. I don’t like driving to the gym. I don’t like putting on headphones or carrying my wallet and car keys in my tight little hot pants. I don’t like the niggers. I don’t like the spics. I dont like the music. I don’t like wiping down machines. And I especially hate the insane number of televisions all playing news media.

Anyway, I’ve been so damn excited by the weight loss (from ketosis, fasting, and no dairy) that I ordered some cables and setup my old speakers and subwoofer in one of my rooms. I’ve got over a decade of bodybuilding on and off and it’s starting to really show. Started downloading music and setup a playlist. My buddy always worked out to metal but I always favored electronic. I’ve got the pull up bar weight rack thing, the treadmill, and a mat.

Funny, I’ve got a buddy who has been going to the gym for years consistently but he looks like shit. Like, really bad.

Anyway, that is all. Also doing a fast right now.
