Like github or gitlab instances, but with the voat/upgoat stance on content.

Normally I don’t put code on servers which aren’t my own, but it occurred to me that some ideas would result in projects which are best shared anonymously, yet would breach TOS most places.

This is where I can technically host stuff myself, but choose not to, due to doxxing.
