Some of you may remember I recently shared that mom passed. Even in the throws of dementia, then an aggressive cancer diagnosis, she remembered my last birthday and was stressed because she didn’t have a way to give me a present.

We also always called each other right at New Year’s Day. That date will be difficult as well.
