I want you retards to understand what is about to happen with this case.

Firstly, Cornell is settling out of court. This is guaranteed. This has been a PR nightmare for them, and it’s way easier to throw $5 million at this slut than let this circus continue.

Chi Phi National Fraternity is also settling out of court. Fraternities have big, fat, expensive insurance policies that they pay for every year just so they can settle cases like these. Insurance is actually a fraternity’s largest annual expense. Plus this whole case has been a reputation smear campaign for them. Chi Phi already isn’t as big SAE or Pike or SigEp, and now they’re nationally known as a big rapey joke. Spring rush is in a few weeks, and what dude wants to join the fraternity that’s nationally famous for gangrape.

It’s not like they have any reason to fight this. The chapter at Cornell has already been shutdown. There’s nothing to save, and the Ivy chapters suck anyways. Low membership, constantly getting in the news, Chi Phi would rather open a chapter at every SEC school than save the Ivy chapters.

Boom, Jane Doe is now a millionaire and can retire in a NYC penthouse. She’ll keep the civil case rolling because it costs her pennies to do so.

New York is in a bind. Kathy Hochul made such a fucking stink that now she’ll look like a retard if she doesn’t indict all seven dudes. The charges will be bogus. The state will drag their feet for years, begging for a plea deal in an unwinnable case. By the time this goes to trial, everyone will have forgotten about it.

The only winner from all this bullshit will be Jane Doe, who will be fucking her cuck boyfriend inside her skyscraper penthouse condo overlooking Central Park.
