Man, I love beats. I roast them so they’re crispy on the outside, soft on the interior. I season them with cumin, salt, pepper, and curry and use rolled Amish butter as the fat I cook them in. Tastes good, lots of iron and vitamin C. The problem is, the next day it looks like I’ve had a miscarriage when I take a shit. It’s a little off putting. I still eat 'em, it’s just weird.

So y’all like beets, and if so how do you cook them?
